Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction is a spiritual discipline, with the purpose becoming more ‘in tune’ with God - recognizing His activity in our life and responding to Him. Spiritual Direction focuses on your spiritual longings, questions, and growth.  Spiritual directors are trained to prayerfully guide you through those with the goal of drawing closer to God as you become more and more aware of His activity in your life, and learn to listen to His voice.
